我老婆的h4申請剛遞上去(8/26號的receipt), 如果H4還沒批之前，我改h1b, 她的神情會不會被拒，學校律師說不會，請你幫助確認一下。

關於換h1b,學校律師隻願意和係裏談，不過他似乎覺得post-doc和staff的benefit不一樣，就需要新的h1b,似乎是這個意思，但是他不願意直接和我說，隻是告訴我們秘書我需要新的h1b.您覺得合理嗎？
-THis lawyer wants more money and that is all. As long as your job code does not change, you do not need to file an H1 amendment. Benefits do not belong to part of prevail salary, so benefit is not related to H1 application.
