為什麽遞I-131呢? I-131是用來申請AP或者RP的.父母的綠卡不是很快嗎?
-Your parents do not need to file the I-131 when they file I-485 if they do not want the AP. The problem is that the I-485 filing fee ($1010) including the AP and EAD fee, and that means the AP/EAD application is free. That is why people would like to file all of I-485, I-131 and I-765 together.
