H1b transfer question--Help!

I am currently working for A company on H1b, just accepted the offer from B company and they just submitted H1b transfer request for me. Now A company gave me an very attractive counter-offer and i decided to stay, do i need ask A company to submit the H1b transfer as well and i am still employed with A company right now.
