Hello all:

I came to the US with a J1 visa in 2000 which was subject to a 2-year home country residence requirement. But I changed to a F1 visa in 2001. Currently I am on H1b visa. I really want to go back to China to visit my family but people I have to get the wavier for J1 first, otherwise, it will be very risky. Is this true? Can I try to get a stamp in CJ?
