the IO who answered my call still said my case was EB2 and no visa number was available, even though she found it using my A# after I mentioned I have an EB1 140. It seems that CIS electronic records still show my 485 case is of EB2. I worry my case won't be touched if it is considered EB2 (since the electronic records still show it is). Any suggestion? thanks...
