1.說15天後才能收到有解釋原因的DENIED的信箋,可是我F2的I20在9月1日就到期了,而根據LG上周就拿到H1B的新I94並且開始工作了,是不是實際上我的身份已經過期一周了?

-回國風險不大. It should be easy to get the H4 visa even if you are out of status for only a few weeks.
