我父母逾期居留有四五年之久，其間未用過任何的public rsource. 我讀了老師的pjiang“親屬移民從 I-130 開始“和其他有關資料,知道從理論上應該沒有問題。但有一些擔心，想跟大家證實一下：
1。像這種情況是不是被據的可能性還是要大一些？所以我是否應該先遞I-130，等批準後再去體檢和遞I-485？這樣可以省點錢？還是即便一起遞了，若I-130被據，他們也不會取走I-485的申請費？

2。是否應該找律師幫忙？
