last question before filing I-485

Should I include EAD together with I-485 (via Eb1a) now for me, my wife and daughter? It is free to file EAD together I-485. If it is free file EAD later also?
I have 3 year H1b, wife H4, daughter H4 also. I do not see we need EA now, if I-485 can be approved soon.
