I doubt there's such system to track Canadian PR's physical presence in Canada.

Your passport is stamped when you enter Canada and US. This is evidence of entering and leaving Canada.

It's possible that it won't be caught if you inflate your days in Canada when you apply for Canadian citizenship. However, you are in trouble if you get caught.
