1. Find a post-doc position in the lab of a good American professor (not Chinese origin, because a Chinese professor generally doesn't help Chinese) and work hard to publish some papers (2-3yeas).
2. Ask the professor to apply green card (EB1-b) or apply green card by yourself (NIW) (1-2 years)
3. After green card, find a industrial job (6 month to 1 year).
4. Buy a house...

That's what I did.
