AP and H1B

各位大俠，

向你們請教一個問題，NIW I-140 was approved last year, I-485 is pending. I just got my AP approved and no EAD (current status is academic H1B that will be renewed in the spring of 2011).

If I leave USA and come back by using AP, will my H1B be invalidated?
