seems OK to me, but...

(1) This agreement looks fine to me.
(2) Remember that you do NOT have go agree to this and you are (hopefully) not yet legally bound to using this one particular attorney. If you don't like the service, don't go with it. Find someone you like.
(3) Don't pay anything before signing the agreement.
