RFE question

My wife just got RFE saying:

Submit a copy of your birth certificate showing your parentage, which has been registered with the proper civil authorities of the country of your birth.

-------I had included the public notory (出生公證) with parents' names, my photo, english translation etc. Should that be the same one as this request?
