I know my employer should response it, but my employer and I use the same attorney and attorney messed up my I-140 RFE. So I do not want to use this attornet any more and do it by myself.

For my I-140 RFE, USICS put a incorrect A# and case number on it. My attorney responsed the I-140 RFE but failed to address the incorrect A# and case number. USCIS denied my I-140 since they think they did not receive my response.

What I am trying to do is to reopen my I-140 with form I-290B and materials my attorney responded USCIS for my I-140 RFE last time.

So here is my list:
1. I-290B
2. Company annual report 04-09
3. My W-2 and pay stubs from 04-09
