Pjiang: thanks for your information. the contract is my only job if I accept it and I am primary applicant. but currently I am a postdoc in a University, it is not a permanent position either. Is there any difference between contract and postdoc position?

my 140 was approved eb2 NIW. I485 and EAD submitted July, 2007.
