tough case: 怎麽判定“類似工作“, 485 pending 180 days

hi, everybody, my case is a little bit tricky.

My title is Business Analyst (in charge of business/financial analysis, marketing analysis and other strategic analysis, not a IT people). Somehow HR and the lawyer listed the Ad as "market research analyst" when apply for perm, partly because the prevailing wage is much lower. I don't even notice that as perm application was approved very soon, probably 1 day after it is submitted.

Now I am thinking changing jobs, mainly financial planning/ financial analyst position,( 140 approved ,485 pending >180), so how I am gonna prove that I find a similar job? Basically Finance position and Market reseach position are in diff category code.

What is I ask the new employer give me the same title as Business Financial Analyst? the pay is higher than what I have and much higher than the Perm wage.
