我的140 approved, 485 pending more than1 year. 公司快不行了.
找到了一個大公司的工作機會,但position是2年contract. 現在不知道是否可在中間變permanent position. 請問將來萬一要出employment letter, 這樣的position可以嗎?

聽說EAD要permanent job.
-Not true. You can work using EAD for any job, but I-485 needs a permanent job.
請問有誰有這方麵的經驗?
