My current employer has filed the H1B application for me. Not approved yet. But I got another job offer. The new employer is going to file H1B application for me so that I can start working after Oct 1.

Will this cause problem?

Is it possible to have two H1B approvals from the two employers?

What is the best approach
-You may ask the current employer to withdraw the h1 petition later if you do not want to work for him.
