Can relink?

I have a NIW 140/485, filed with NSC in 07/2007, and 140 was approved in 08/2008. I have an EB1B 140/485, filed with TSC in 12/2008. 140 was approved in early April, but 485 was transferred to NSC this week. I am not sure when NSC will process the transferred EB1B 485. Can I relink my NIW 485 to the EB1 140, in order to get a 07/2007 processing date? Is this allowed, since I already have an EB1B 485 submitted? will this be helpful and speed up the approval of GC? Thanks...
