863211 老師: my case was transferred to NSC too.

I just received the email notice that my case was transferred to NSC
today. My LD's email notice says "Case Transfered to Another Office for Processing." My email notice says "This case has been sent to another office for processing because it has jurisdiction over the case." What does this mean?

I called USCIS this afternoon about my case, and the USCIS agent who
picked up my call said she would email the officer about my case. Did this
initiate the transferral of my case? Anything should I worry about if that is the reason. Thanks...
