請教Pjiang老師及其他專家，我的file屬EB3, 140已批，485遞交超過180天，近兩年用AP回國。我想換家公司，最好是能派回中國工作一段時間，像我這種情況如果回國的話還能在國內等綠卡嗎？出入境該如何處理呢？用新的H1b簽證嗎？還是說能繼續使用現有的AP? 多謝！
