Help: H1B renew document list

My I485 has been pending for two years and now my H1B is close to expire. I want to renew H1B by myself (I mean prepare documents myself, company is willing to sponsor but they don't know how). Can anyone kindly teach me what kind of documetns I need to renew my H1B. Thanks
