What does "second entry" mean? Is that your AP?

You have to know that the reason the USCIS puts you in a room is that it checks your status of I-485 if that is still in pending. In your case because your I-140 was denied, although your I-485 in the website still showed pending, in USCIS computer it might showed in valid, so you would take the risk when USCIS check it out when you come back by AP.
