那使用的EAD的話，USCIS的記錄裏我還是H1B?
-Yes. they will know it until your I-485 processing.

（因為我的H1B還沒到期）那自從使用EAD開始到H1B到期中間過程發生上麵#1或者#2，HR還會向USCIS報告麽？
-Up to them. It is possible they will report it.
