回複：Finger Prints Notice

I ted my I-485 in July 2007, and this weekend received the letter for finger prints from USCIS. Everybody knows the visa bulletion for EB3 has been Unavailable for a while, and what does this mean? Are they processing my application?
-It is very normal. They are processing your case even if your PD is not current, but they will not approve it until your PD becomes current.
