Pjiang 等大師請分析 my I-485！

NIW I-140 was submitted at 10/2006, and approved at 12/2007.

EB1A I-140 was submitted with I-485, but denied 3/25/08 after RFE, then appeal in order to keep I-485 alive because my hu*****and is working with EAD.

My hu*****and I-485 was updated at 2/2009 and 2nd fingerprint at 05/2009, mine is not (I am main applicant) still as original (2006).

Today my EB1 A I-140 is denied, how about my I-485? They will give us
“Notice of Decision”, or , I-485 is automatically denied? Or they just re-link it to my NIW? What should we do?
