Thank you again. I don't think I am able to have the required RFE until I land a job. Does it mean no needs to file MTR, since most such cases I read online are related to job transfer from one company to another. My bet might be just transferring to H-4, landing a job and then starting a new 140 for myself. Appreciate your any input.
