謝謝！我的情況比較複雜，去年12月至今年4月unpaid leave，當時是H1B。換工作因為沒有paystub, H1B 無法transfer，用了EAD。
-No problem. As long as the I-94 was valid during that time, it will be OK. USCIS will not check the paycheck for this RFE.
因為用EAD換了工作，H1B已經失效了，我想吧。那我還能用這份H1B approval notice （I-94)麽？
-Yes. Just provide all of these to them, and nothing needed worried about.
