剛剛收到email,說我的140已經被轉去NSC了to process，但問題是我的140去年已經被批準了.
-Hope this is just an error by USCIS. I do not think you need to worry about that.

批準的140會不會也有被推翻的時候？
-Usually no, unless there was the cheating in the application.
140有沒有過期日呢？
-No.
