I had the same situation as yours. What I did was to call (800)-375-5283. The system automatically connected me to NSC based on my receipt number (SCRxxxxx..). After talking to a representative, she said that she would arrange to send me a receipt again. One week later, I did receive the receipt. Hope this helps. Good luck.
