I94 question after using AP

Used AP this May.

The I94 card has been stamped with a date 05/20/2010 (AOS). Will that be a problem? Do I need to renew the I94 card sometime next year?

If the I94 card expires on 05/20/2010, can I still use new AP to enter U.S.?
