回複：Promotion vs same/similar job

The nature of job responsibilities is similar but the title would be VP/Director. Would such title change be considered as different job from the one my application was filed under?
-It is OK for the title change as long as your new job is in the same/similar area and the employee qualification required for the job is similar to the original one.
