我想問一下，are you familiar with 140 security check?

It is not 485 NC nor background check. It is about 140.

My hu*****and's 140 application has been stuck on 140 security check for 4 years and no progress/news at all. His attorney can't do anything but sending letter to inquiry every 6 months.

Do you have any suggestion to push it?
