1， 女方是二婚，1990年離婚並有一兒子判男方撫養，1992年與我朋友結婚並在2002年H4來美， 2003年兒子15歲時H4來美圖聚。 全家於2007年五月抵交485.兒子現已21.5歲。
2，請前輩分析什麽原因denial。
-Most likely because his step son's age is > 21, so that this kid can not be qualified to be your friend's dependent any more. The kid's I-485 was filed too late.
3，我朋友該如何補救， 大學的哥們， 不忍心看他們難過。
-I do not think your friend can do anything at present.
4， 如何保住孩子的身份。
