４８５期間換雇主，請問是否需要轉換AP when back to China?

I just changed the job after getting the new 2-year EAD and AP sponsored by old employer. Could I use the old AP for travel or need to re-apply the AP? My new employer does not sponsor the EAD or AP. Can I do it on my own?
