回複：I-485 priority date

大家好，我兩周前拿到綠卡，我跟我先生結婚6年了，我先生上周五遞交的I-485申請，用的是derivative beneficiary. 可是，今天受到的receipt,上麵的priority date為空，我是EB1b,priority date 是11月21號，2008。
是移民局弄錯了麽？？？
-Because you have got your green card, your hu*****and's I-485 priority date is always current. USCIS does not need to indicate it on the receipt.
