My EB2 PERM is audited , the reason is not clear by far. the company's lawyer only asked my signature for ETA form 9089.
My question:
1. How can I tell this is a random audit or specific audit?

1. If case is audited, how long can I get the feedback from DOL (Atlanta)?

---Usually more than one year and a half.

2. Before my lawyer presents RFE-like documents to DOL, is there anything I need to pay attention?

---Nothing you can do about it.
