You do not need to withdraw your current I-485, but just file a new I-485 with your hu*****and's case as the dependent. One person can have several I-485s at the same time. Of course, USCIS will only approve one of them. Thus, you can renew your EAD using your own I-485 or apply for a new one using your new I-485 (dependent).
