There maybe an error in your fee. For H1 extension (renewal) with the same employer, you don't pay the $500 anti-fraud. also, if it was premium processing in Feb, how could you send the $1000 fee in Apr?? For extension that was timely filed (H1/H4 pending before I-94 expiration), you can legally stay during the pending time and H1 can work for up to 240 days while pending after original I-94 expiration. However, make sure you have the receipt notice for H1 and for H4 extension.
