check list for I-539, COS from B2 to F-1

I have read Pjiang's blog, to my understanding, I would like to confirm the following check list is complete.

MUST:
1) I-539
2) I-20
3) financial/bank statement

PLUS:
1) previous school report.
2) New semester registration and payment, etc.
