如何Withdraw 我的NIW I-140

My EB1a 485 was approved recently. Now I got an email saying that my NIW I-
140 was transferred from TSC to NSC today for processing. I know I should
not worry about NIW any more. However I want to close out this issue by
withdrawing my NIW I-140. My questions are:
How to withdraw this case by myself? is it just writing a letter to USCIS?
How long will it take to complete the withdrawal?
Is the money paid last year refundable?

Any experience would be appreciated.
