QUESTION ON I-130, PLEASE ANSWER

I am filling I-130 for my mother's GC application.

Since my father passed away, I said my mother is widowed. Will I still fill in their date and place of current marriage in line 8?

In section C, information about your alien relative, on line 17 "List your hu*****and/wife and children", do I list myself there since I am my mother's child?

I checked Pjiang's blog and didn't find the clear answer.
