Questions on I-485, I-130, GC application for my mom

I am applying GC for my mother.
Which one in part 2 do I check for her I-485? I didn't see any choice applying for citizen's parent.

Question on I-130:
My father passed away. I checked my mother as widowed. Do I still fill in my parent's marriage date and my father's name?
