如何打電話給IO

I have my I485 case pending in TSC. I tried to call TSC using POJ method, but didn't get through. Here is what I did:
1800-375-5283 1-2-1-Receipt#-3-case is outside the normal processing time (press3)-1. After that, a custom service representative picked up the phone, and asked about my R#. Then she read the information exactly the same as the online status.
My question is: Shall I ask the lady to transfer me to TSC? Or, what shall I do to reach the immigration officer in TSC?
