Does "if company will help" mean company not report to USCIS regarding the internal transfer? My company is a big company and follow the rules pretty strict. The HR already told me that they will file "H1 Amendament" for my internal transfer, but they are not sure if a new PERM need to be filed or not.
It's a tough situation for me now, the new position is quite attractive, but file new PERM (if it's needed) will seriously delay my GC application, and my 6 yr H1 will be used up late next year.
Please advise if you can, thanks!
