我H1B的時間過了，現在pending485，工卡過期半年再延期可以嗎？

另請問H1B延期收據未收到，舊H1B已過期還可以工作嗎？
-It is OK if you sent your application a few days (e.g. one week) before your舊H1B expired. You do not need to get the receipt to continue your work. If your check was cashed, if will abolutely be safe.

Anyway, I do not think you have a probem and just continue your work.
