請問PIJIANG老師 about Speeding tickets in N400, please?

請問PIJIANG老師，有過speeding tickets，罰款少於$200。填N400，partD Good Moral Character, if need to report at question 16: Have you ever been arrested, CITED or....., speeding tickets is account as cited, is it right? 你說的不足$500的交通罰單，與酗酒或毒品無關，未導致逮捕，不在此列。可否有法律依據。Thanks for your reply.
