Background: EB-2 PD 08/06. I-140 approved in Oct 06. I-485 : 07/07. Case pending. In March 09, my attorney got a call from an officer at TSC asking for employment letter. Sent the letter via e-mail as requested by the officer. The officer told my attorney the letter was the only thing missing for my case. Based on Pjiang teacher's lecture, I guess my case is in Workload Distribution stage. Since the PD is not current, my case will be put back on the shelf. I keep my finger cross and hoping for my PD becomes current sometime in July or August:). Hope my information helps.
