PJIANG 老師及各位朋友：

我的PLC終於批了。正準備I-140 表。想問幾個問題：

(1) 雇主能否直接填表，不請律師？如可，PART 8 及PART 9 的 Signature 由誰填寫？

(2)我能否當填表人？如可以，PART 8 及PART 9 的 Signature 由誰填寫？

(3) PART 1 (information about the person or organization filing this petition) 和 PART 9 (Signature of person preparing form, if other than above) 中的PERSON 是否同一人？
