勞工卡補充材料求教

懇請大家幫著看看，勞工卡 state level 被要求補充材料 ！！！

1.not meet Pattern of Recruitment
(I already did company web, news paper, company internal)
still not enough ?）

2.prevailing wage should ask for $2/h more
(I can change that and ask my boss sign again)

問題：
1。這種情況是否普遍 ？律師說現在很多，可總覺得不爽，又要多等幾月。
2。補充材料 是否對 RIR 不利 ？實在不能轉 regular case, CSC 才處理2001年
3。會不會影響 Federal Level ? 現在除了盡快多準備材料還能做什麽？
